Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
Warranty Policy
We are glad to offer our customers 180 days of warranty. In case your jewellery would break, we will replace it or repair it where feasible. "Warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal use and wear." In a case of any issue with your jewellery please reach us via e mail to clarify the problem and get approval for shipment and repair/exchange or visit our store.
Defective Products: Customer is entitled to a replacement, exchange, or full refund if the product is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Purchases made using "buy now, pay later" instruments like Atome and Grab will take upto 7 to 10 days of refund and would be refunded to that payment instrument.
Return and Exchange Policy
At AYMÉE we are committed to provide 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products to our customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another AYMÉE or opt for a Refund. Refund would be issued in form of store credit which would be valid for 1 year.
- To initiate a return or exchange please contact us within 30 days from the day on which you receive your order via e-mail to get an approval for exchange or return or visit us at our Store in Suntec City Mall.
- Product should be sent back to us in its original condition with complete packaging and in unworn condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
- You must take responsibility for the return shipping costs of the product (unless the product has production defect). Once shipped you must provide us with the tracking number.
- If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return.
