General Questions

AYMÉE is a local Singaporean Brand, AYMÉE means "Dearly Loved" and the brand was created with vision to offer Chic and Stylish Jewellery at Affordable prices made out of only Natural Quality Materials. 

Vermeil (pronounced vehr-may; it's French!) is a legally regulated term that refers to a certain kind of quality jewelry. To be legally called "Vermeil" , the Jewellery piece must meet ALL of these conditions:

1. Have Sterling Silver as its base material. Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other materials, and is a standard material used in high quality jewelry (versus, e.g., brass or copper).
2. Be plated in a Gold Layer that is at least 10k (10 karats). That means the gold is at least 41.7% gold content. AYMÉE is plated with 18K Gold that means Gold Content of 75%
3. Have Gold Plating that is at least 2.5 microns thick. A micron is 1/1000th of a millimeter.

Gold-Plated Jewellery refers to Jewellery that has Gold Plating at least 0.5 microns thick. It does not require a Sterling Silver base layer, and usually uses a less valuable material at its core like Brass or Copper. Since the plating is so thin, the gold colour will wear very quickly compared to Gold Vermeil. Gold Vermeil is superior to Gold-Plated Jewellery.

AYMÉE products are 18K Gold Vermeil, that means we use only Sterling Silver as base and Gold used is of atleast 2.5 Microns with 18K Gold Content (75%). 

 

Short Answer: YES, All AYMÉE Products are made using 925 Sterling SIlver which are Nickel, Lead and Cadmium Free and that makes AYMÉE safe for Sensitive Skin. 

After Sales Services

Warranty Policy

We at AYMÉE offer our customers 180 days of warranty. In case your jewellery would break, we will replace it or repair it where feasible. *Warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal use and wear." In a case of any issue with your jewellery please reach us via e mail aymee@aymeelove.com or contact us through Chat to clarify the problem and get approval for shipment and repair/exchange.

 

·      All items can be exchanged within 30 Days from the date of Purchase.
·      Item Being Exchanged should be in its original condition with complete packaging and in unworn condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
·      Purchased items can only be exchanged once.
·      Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
·      Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased at.
·      The price of the new product has to be same or higher value of the product being exchanged.
·      Any shipping or delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Kindly note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse.
·      Exchange requests can be made in-stores or online via email aymee@aymeelove.com or initiating a chat session.

At AYMÉE we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products to our customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for AYMÉE Store Credit as per below mentioned Terms and Conditions.

  • Refund would be issued in form of store credit which would be valid for 1 year. 
  • To initiate a return please contact us within 14 days from the day on which you receive your order via e-mail aymee@aymeelove.com or through chat.
  • Product should be sent back to us in its original condition with complete packaging and in unworn condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).
  • You must take responsibility for the return shipping costs of the product (unless the product has production defect). Once shipped you must provide us with the tracking number.
  • If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return. 

 

Once we receive your item, Within 7 days a store credit Note is issued. The Store Credit note is issued in form of digital gift card.

We offer repair and repolishing services of products which are out of warranty. The repair cost would depend on the scope of work, it would take 4 to 6 weeks for a product to be repaired/repolished.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support by emailing us at aymee@aymeelove.com or contact us through chat or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order or initiate an exchange. 

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will received a notification with tracking information.

Orders placed by customers in Singapore will get there orders within 2-3 working days. Orders placed by customers from other regions and who have chosen free shipping will get there orders within 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes, If you order from AYMÉE online store then you can self collect your order within 4 hours from our Store at Suntec City Mall. Our Store in Suntec City Mall is located on the side of Suntec Convention centre and right next to Shake Shak and LEVI's.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support and we will guide you on next steps. 

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, GRAB Pay, Paypal and ATOME (Buy Now Pay Later). Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.
